How do others' beliefs, values, and cultural upbringing influence the way they behave?
I think it is the same or it is really similar with the question 1. The way as a person behaves depends on the way they grew up. I think the environment influences in the people. We can mention religion, education, language, and other things which are also important.
How does it feel when others see you as different. or as an outsider?
Well it is really bad when someone sees you as different. When you are in a different country form yours, people not only see you weird because they realize you are not from there. They also realize you are from another country because of the accent, way to wear, and customs.
How do your beliefs, values, and cultural upbringing influence the way you behave?
I think the way a person is going to get the behaviors depends on the kind of life they have. Also it is important to know that the behaviors are related to the people around us. In my case I think I have gotten the same behaviors my parents have. Nowadays I behave as my parents taught me. I think the values are related to religions, so depends on the religion you practice you are going to behave. Also it is important to know that our society has changed a lot, and nowadays children gain different kind of behaviors as they see the world.
Week 1
I think the class was really interesting. I think the kind of activities the professor did during the class was very effective to help each others to know better. I also liked the way the professor used the distracting steps helped us a lot as a future professionals in education. I think the first class gave us an idea how our classes in going to be in a future. It also gave us a specific point of view in the sense of how the different kinds of cultures work around us.
